Free Plan: For companies with straightforward document notification needs, or anyone who wants to try Rapisign before paying.

Starter Plan: For companies beginning to build out their document notification capabilities.

Professional Plan: For companies with more involved client targeting and segmentation requirements.

Enterprise Plan: For companies with advanced document notification needs, or any team that prefers an annual contract.

Absolutely. To move up a tier, or to arrange a custom annual contract priced by volume, get in touch with Sales.

Starter and Professional plans run month to month, so you can switch tiers or drop back to free whenever you like, penalty-free, by talking to your account rep. On an annual Enterprise plan, your rep handles any changes. Bear in mind that downgrading gives up the premium features of your current tier.

The Rapisign secure Document Notification API gateway is an Application Programming Interface that folds document notification messaging into your own business applications and systems. Very. Every document notification request travels through our secure API gateway over encrypted connections. Sensitive document content is never stored — only the delivery metadata we need to track and report on message status.

Rapisign is built for real-time delivery, and most SMS notifications land within seconds of the API call that triggered them. Carrier routing can shift timings a little, but the platform is tuned for speed and reliability at any volume.
