CCPA Disclosure
This disclosure is for California residents and sits alongside our Privacy Notice. It describes the categories of personal information Rapisign handles and the rights the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you.
Categories we handle
Identifiers such as name, work email and company. Commercial information relating to your plan and billing. Internet activity such as API request and delivery logs and website analytics. We do not handle biometric or precise geolocation data.
We do not sell personal information
Rapisign has not sold personal information in the past twelve months and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Because there is nothing to opt out of, we publish no "Do Not Sell" mechanism.
Your rights
You may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, ask us to delete it, and limit how we use sensitive information. Exercising these rights will never lead to worse service or different pricing.
Making a request
Send your request through the contact form and mark it "CCPA". We verify identity before acting, and we aim to respond within 45 days. An authorised agent may act for you with written permission.
Service providers
Carriers, routing partners, infrastructure hosts, payment processors and support tools act as service providers under contract, using personal information only to perform work for Rapisign.
